Thank you for the nice note. I appreciate that you took the time. I also appreciate you & your staff in making an "unpleasant" appt. much easier to
handle. Thanks for letting me know that it may take a few weeks for the tooth to heal. It's been awhile since I've had any procedures and I thought
maybe it was just me, but, reminding me that tooth may be tender, etc. for a few weeks makes me feel better. But, I've had more trouble with this
tooth than any other. I did get my permanent crown on 10-5 and I think all is going well.
I was asked to pre-register ahead of time online. It was so convenient and I'm sure that it helped you in obtaining a history, etc. before my procedure. The format was quite user friendly too. I suppose that is possibly a trend nowadays. It is the first time I had been asked to do anything like that, but, I liked it.
Kudos to you and your office staff. I must say I've been quite impressed with your staff and their services.
Again, thanks for your time. Please share with your staff as well as yourself my appreciation for patience and caring during my procedure. Keep up the good work!!
